The heartwarming power of the internet!
A boy named Colin told his mom that he didn’t want a birthday party this year, because he didn’t have any friends. So a birthday page was set up for him by her on Facebook — and now the little man, who will be turning 11, has over a million likes!
Just last year, Colin was diagnosed with a sensory processing disorder and another disorder similar to autism, which has put a name to the behavioral problems that he can’t control. His mom found out that other parents were trying to get their kids out of Colin’s class because nobody understands him, and he can be disruptive.
Here’s what momma Jennifer had to say about it:
“His peers don’t understand him but every adult who meets him loves him so I thought I would go to a place where adults and my friends are, Facebook, and have them write nice messages to Colin so I could share them on his birthday.”
Looks like it worked — and you can help it grow HERE before his March 9th birthday!
Chin up, Colin! You’re the only kid in school with a million likes, we bet!
And HAPPY BIRTHDAY when it comes!
And besides, Liam Payne had a 16th birthday party and nobody showed up and look at him now!
