Miley Cyrus can’t catch a break!
Its been reported that the singer’s Toluca Lake home in California was burglarized for the THIRD time on December 16.
Wow — Miles might need some better security!

According to cops, many personal items, including Cyrus’ bank card, were stolen.
What a terrible way to start off the new year!
The good news?
Police have arrested Rusty Edward Sellner with felony first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property, and grand theft. Rusty has pled not guilty to the charges.
Considering the 22-year-old’s home was vandalized two times last June, we’re starting to wonder if this may be an inside job.
