She only has the tiniest little chest window on her Chanel dress, which also happens to cover her almost all the way to her ankles!

The singer hit up Hollywood hot spot The Nice Guy on Thursday night, and she was with none other than Cody Simpson, who tried to go undetected by throwing his leather jacket over his head.
It didn’t work.
Anywho, Miley accessorized with pearl-trimmed Chanel platform sandals and a flower-shaped sticker on the side of her eye.
Also her dreadlocks — which may or may not smell like weed and patchouli.
