Miley Cyrus shed more than a few tears when her friend Jesse, from My Friend’s Place, accepted her Video of the Year Award at the MTV Video Music Awards and spoke about runaways and homeless youth.
It was a totally unexpected and amazing moment for someone to speak out about this.
And it clearly touched Miley, who was beyond happy to bring some attention to this situation. So much so, she continued to cry her eyes out backstage during an interview.
