At least she’s wearing panties this time!
Miley Cyrus has most definitely learned her lesson and decided to wear underwear underneath her short leather skirt while out in London earlier today.
After making the rounds at BBC Radio 1 Studios, she hopped out of the car a little too rambunctiously, which allowed the paps to get the money shot.
We’re just thankful she didn’t pull an Anne Hathaway though and show us her vajayjay!
