Even though Miley Cyrus‘ scissor-wielding stalker Jason Luis Rivera is currently behind bars for 18 months, the future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth wanted to ensure that when the dude in question DOES enter into polite society once again, she and a few of her friends will be legally protected.
Thus, Miley filed for a restraining order against the man, which was JUST officially granted by an L.A. County Superior Court judge.
That’s pretty effin’ cool!
The order requires Rivera to stay away from the spunky punky poptart for three years, and we’ve previously heard that the order’s protection also extends to two of Miley’s family friends who where in her home during the initial break-in. We’ve also heard that Rivera has to stay at least 1000 yards from Miley and co.
Congrats smiley Miley! Now you can drive around in that brand new Porsche of yours worry-free!
