Our poor girl Miley Cyrus is really having a rough time right now!
As we EXCLUSIVELY reported last night, Miley has been in the hospital suffering from a serious allergic reaction!
It all started when she took medicine for a sinus infection that then backfired when her whole body broke out in a rash!
Apparently despite our exclusive statement, other sources have still been speculating ALL WRONG! And Miley is fed up with reading false reports on her illness! She got on Twitter this afternoon and UNLEASHED in an official statement, saying:

While she recovers, Miley has been on mandatory bed rest, which means she’s had to cancel concerts this week for her Bangerz tour!
But don’t you ever say she just walked away! She’s in the hospy, y’all! And she’s absolutely miserable about it!
Earlier, MC also tweeted out an update to her fans telling them that the tears just keep streaming down her face! She said:
