Even though Miley Cyrus‘ scissor-weilding stalker Jason Luis Rivera is currently behind bars for his Mileybird nest intrusion back in September, it seems Miley is extra scurred he’ll return to her once he’s served his one and a half year sentence… perhaps next time toting a weapon a little more sinister than scissors!
Thus, the potential porn star has filed for a restraining order against Jason, which requires him to stay 1000 yards away from the future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth FOREVER.
This will also protect this punk-pop-indie-electro-actress-singer just in case Jason is released early.
Now let’s just hope no one else gets it in their heads to approach Miley with scissors… yep, we’re looking at you hairdressing person who cut off Miley’s luscious locks!!
