Miley Cyrus, whose been pretty grumpy with the photogs as of late, went back to being her charming self for a pap outside the studio yesterday. He noticed that she was carrying a Brazilian jacket and offered to teach her how to translate “Party in the USA” to “Party in Brazil!”
Then, she sings it! And she’s not half bad!
