The wild child attended an album signing for her newly released Bangerz album in NYC on Tuesday and did not disappoint in the seksi-with-a-side-of-crazy clothing department.
For starters, she had star pasties on her boobs — like a really naughty version of the Sneetches from the Dr. Seuss story!
That’s not all, though! Mileybird also wore slashed and tattered jeans slung so low on her hips we could see her mesh thong! HAWT!!!
To complete the awesome look, the 20-year-old threw on a blinged out, chain link Celine necklace, a Cartier nail bracelet, an evil eye bracelet (to thwart the haters, obvs), and her fave Underground platform creepers.
