She got her sweetheart, Liam Hemsworth the world’s cutest puppy for his birthday!
Luckily, she tweeted all about it.
She wrote:

Then posted the above pic of the painfully adorbz, sleepy little guy.
She then posted a few more pics of Ziggy and then some more of her other cute dogs.
It was a serious parade of cuteness.
