She annihilated the competition, and now we see why!
Miley Cyrus was one sexy lady at the Maxim Hot 100 Party in Los Angeles Wednesday night at Create Nightclub.
She set the red green carpet on fire in her black Valentino jumpsuit, with a sexy white bow in the back, and black Saint Laurent heels.
Just before arriving, she wrote an ode to Valentino on her Twitter, saying:

We can’t blame her! She looks AMAZE! And her hair is tamed in a lovely short quiff, unlike her spiky display at the Met Gala.
What an improvement! 10 out of 10! Or should we say 100 out of 100??
