On Sunday, Miley Cyrus arrived in NYC for her upcoming appearance on the season premiere of Saturday Night Live!

However, she may be taking it a little too far!
As she posed for fans and photogs, the We Can’t Stop singer sported a face full of zit cream!

When she arrived in the Big Apple with her acne treatment, she was probably thinking: “___________________!!”
