Yesterday afternoon, Miley Cyrus was taking a drive through North Hollywood when a police cruiser came into view and pulled her ass over. Reason? Somebody was talking on a cell phone whilst driving!

Source couldn’t confirm whether she got a citation or not, but they did say they saw her wearing her seatbelt and they knew she was headed to a massage parlor.
Whoever you were talking to and whatever it was about, it can wait until you are parked, BB! Have you not heard a WORD Oprah has said???
Besides, we imagine you’ve got enough money to spring for a hands-free headset. Hell, you’ve got enough money to spring for 365 headsets. Never even have to wear the same one twice!
