Miley's Neighbors Threaten the Paparazzi

Uh oh!

Miley Cyrus stalkers snappers are getting screwed by her neighbors.

The ‘neighborhood police’ on her Toluca Lake, California, street are issuing paparazzi photographers with a formal ‘Notice of Nuisance and Demand to Cease and Desist’.

Is that legal? Does that mean anything?

Do the paparazzi care????
