As you may’ve heard, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles‘ Josh Altman and his wife, Heather welcomed their first child into the world on April 3.
And it sounds like Mr. Altman was already a hands on dad before his baby girl, Alexis, fully exited her momma!

According to Josh’s wife, the Bravolebrity played a very active role in the birth of young Alexis as he’s the one who delivered her — no joke! The new mom posted on Instagram:
