This is not looking good for Miranda Lambert!
As you know, rumors have been swirling that the Vice singer reportedly cheated on Anderson East with a member of her tour’s opening band, Turnpike Troubadours, named Evan Felker.
Problem is, now we’re hearing Felker allegedly ghosted his estranged wife Staci Nelson before suddenly filing for divorce in February when his relationship with Lambert turned romantic.

A source close to the situation explained to People:
“The notion that [Felker and Nelson’s] divorce happened for any reason other than that is complete bullshit.”
As we’ve mentioned, the Tin Man songstress reportedly contacted the guitarist via text message leading up to his band’s three-day gig with her tour:
“They had never met and she had started texting him about looking forward to playing together and getting to know each other and maybe they could write because she really liked his writing sort of thing. It started very much about work. He was completely thrilled. By the time he was leaving for tour, it had become a lot flirtier.”
The insider claims Felker was open with Nelson about the texts, but insisted the interaction was good for his career:
“He knew it was flirty and crossed a line with Staci. He showed her the whole thing and felt bad about it. It wasn’t sexual or anything, but he was like, ‘I don’t want to blow her off because this is the kind of money that can change our grandkids’ lives if I’m able to write with this person.'”
The source went on to say that the groundwork had already been laid leading up to the February 1-3 tour dates:
“[People are] making it seem like, ├óΓé¼╦£Oh, they got close while they were on tour together,’ as if the tour was six months long, but it was three days, and the first two of those he was still acting like he was in love with his wife. Felker didn’t even call home the third night.”
When the stint ended, Felker skipped his flight home to Oklahoma and supposedly sent his wife an email, writing:
“I’m not coming home this week.”
Dayum!! How do you “full on ghost” your wife?! That’s cold.
The insider concluded that if it weren’t for Lambert, Felker “would be talking to” his estranged wife:
“The notion that he was planning to divorce [Felker] before he met her is complete insanity … He got sucked into it. He’s not a victim; he’s a grown man and should have said no.”
He could have definitely said no!! The tangled webs we weave…
