Mischa Barton may not have named names in her press conference today — but her restraining orders do!
As we previously reported, someone has been trying to sell a sex tape of her to porn distributors, and with the help of ace attorney Lisa Bloom, she’s fighting back.
We knew Miz Bloom had gotten a temporary order blocking the “showing and selling” of any images of the OC star, but now TMZ has obtained restraining orders taken out against TWO ex-boyfriends: Jon Zacharias and Adam Shaw.
According to the docs, Mischa is sure Jon took the video of “us having intimate relations, photos of me naked in the shower, and other videos and photos of me unclothed” without her permission while they were dating.

She apparently knows this because Jon’s former friend Adam warned her that Jon had bragged about the images to him.
After breaking up with Jon, Mischa dated Adam — but he turned out to be not-so-trustworthy either, as she alleges he forged her signature on checks.
Mischa says in the docs that one or both of these men is responsible for the attempted sale. For now, both have been ordered to keep their distance — and are legally prohibited from selling any materials like what’s been described.
