Mischa Barton Denies Crashing U-Haul Into Apartment Building -- But There's Video Evidence Suggesting Otherwise!

Mischa Barton has filed court documents saying she did NOT crash a U-Haul into the The Park Wellington Condos in West Hollywood, causing nearly $27K in damages.

There’s just one problem. TMZ has video evidence of the 32-year-old actress visibly shaken after the cops arrived to the scene during the incident last year. The homeowners’ association is suing Mischa for the incident, but she’s claiming to not have been responsible. Hm.
It’s also important to note that she’s listed as the driver on the original police report.
