It would be truly wonderful if she were found after so many years missing.
As a reminder, three-year-old British girl Madeleine McCann disappeared in May 2007, and has been missing ever since.
Now, we’ve learned that a girl who matches Madeleine’s description has been spotted in a market in India’s city of Leh, and investigators are looking into it further.
Here’s what a spokesperson for Madeleine’s parents had to say about it:
“Our private investigators are aware of the reports from India over the weekend about a possible sighting of Madeleine. We are liaising with the Indian authorities over the incident and await the results of the DNA test.”
Guess we’ll see what happens when the tests go through.
Our hopes and prayers continue to go out to Madeleine and her family.
