Missing Husband & Father STAGED Kayak Accident & Fled Country To Be With Another Woman!

Missing Father Of 3 STAGED Kayak Accident & Ran Away To Another Country To Be With A Woman!

Good news and bad news?

A family man who’s been missing for three months is now believed NOT to have been killed in a kayak accident. Unfortunately that’s because authorities now think he staged the accident to disappear.

On August 12, Wisconsin police responded to a missing persons report which was filed for local man Ryan Borgwardt. According to his family, he had set out on a kayaking and fishing trip in Green Lake… but never returned home. Police later found Ryan’s car and trailer at Dodge Memorial Park, and a capsized kayak in the lake where the water is more than 200 feet deep, according to Sheriff Mark Podoll.

That’s not promising…

The following day, fishermen found Ryan’s fishing rod and tackle box at the lake. Inside the box were Ryan’s car keys and wallet, which contained his passport. After that, the search was on with the help of volunteer team Bruce’s Legacy. However, the investigation went in a “different direction” after pertinent news was uncovered 28 days later. On October 7, Sheriff Podoll reported Ryan’s passport had been checked at the Canadian border on August 13 — the day after he went missing.

Wait, whaaaat?!

In a press conference held last week, Sheriff Podoll offered a wild new update in the case after noting the passport revelation “was something I didn’t expect.”

According to him, Ryan’s wife handed over her missing husband’s laptop for police inspection, which uncovered another oddity: Ryan deleted his browsing history and replaced his hard drive the day he went missing! WTF?! Investigators dug deeper and also found Ryan had changed his email, moved funds into a foreign bank account, and get this… had been in contact with a woman from Uzbekistan! The PD also found that Ryan had previously reported his passport missing but obtained a replacement in May. Ah, that explains how his passport could be left behind AND he could still have it. Hmm…

OH, the incriminating cherry on top of it all pointing to the possibility that Ryan is alive and well? Months prior to his disappearance, he also took out a $375,000 life insurance policy on himself!

Holy s**t! It sounds like this dude had been plotting his disappearance for a LONG time!

Because of all these discoveries, Sheriff Podoll said in the press conference the PD is “sure that Ryan was not in our lake,” and is likely alive “someplace in Europe” instead. That’s CRAZY. He has a wife and THREE kids in Wisconsin worried sick — not even knowing if he’s alive or dead for months — only to find out he staged the accident to flee the country to seemingly be with another woman. What could have warranted a betrayal like that??

Podoll added a message directly to Ryan in hopes he’s out there listening somewhere:

“Ryan, if you are viewing this, I plead that you contact us or contact your family. We understand that things can happen, but there’s a family that wants their daddy back.”

So wild. And such a hard pill for his family to swallow. Men will literally fake their own deaths to avoid admitting their feelings. Ugh. Watch the full press conference (bel0w):
