Maybe third time wasn’t the charm for Princess Caroline of Monaco, but she is still a loyal royal.
Even after the scandalous pictures of her husband, Prince Ernst August, surfaced last week, Princess Caroline still stood in defense of her hubby in a German courtroom today. Prince Ernst is the middle of an appeals hearing to take back a charge laid against him in 2004. The prince had previously been convicted ofassault against Josef Brunlehner, owner of a disco near the prince’s vacation home in Kenya.
The new hearing allowed Ernst to provide a key eyewitness testimony in order to reduce his conviction – Princess Caroline.
With a lot of class and dignity, she took the stand and corroborated her husband’s testimony.
This would have been the first time in six months that the couple have been seen together in public. However, Ernst August was not required nor did he show up for Caroline’s appearance.
