Don’t believe us? Well, wait until you hear how hard Nina Agdal had to hit the gym prior to stripping down on the beach for her photo shoot with Chrissy Teigen and Lily Aldridge!
She spilled on how she got her bangin’ bod prepped, primed and ready, recently explaining:
“I work out like three to four times per week. But of course, when you are shooting the cover of Sports Illustrated for the swim issue, you are going to work out harder. I worked out like two times a day before I went on that trip and shot it. It├óΓé¼Γäós a lot of work├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥it doesn├óΓé¼Γäót just come naturally. People think you can eat whatever you want and do whatever you want and you just can├óΓé¼Γäót. That├óΓé¼Γäós not the case for me.├óΓé¼┬¥

Don’t forget though, this year’s issue featured the three cover babes showing off their bodacious booties! So what does Nina do to get butt as tight and toned as that??
She admitted:
“I do a lot of Barry├óΓé¼Γäós Bootcamp and just tons of cardio. I also do ChaiseFitness, which is really great for toning your bum. Barre classes are also really good to get your butt in shape.├óΓé¼┬¥
Whatever you’re doing, it’s CLEARLY working!
