And he deserves it!
Apparently Mel Gibson had Oksana Grigorieva sign a cohabitation agreement that locked her out of any rights to his fortune, BUT it did include provisions for the care of their daughter Lucia.
And sources are saying that Mel hasn’t paid Oksana a dime for the care of their child!
“He is not paying me money,” Oksana admitted. “I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money…It is not a good situation.”
But now Oksana is saying that she didn’t agree to the final draft of the cohabitation agreement and the one that she DID sign was in draft form under duress.
Oksana didn’t agree because the document had split the custody of Lucia between them 80-20 (with Mel getting 20 percent of the time) and she didn’t think that was “fair or safe” according to a source.
As for the custody situation now, a third party brings Lucia to Mel because he has NO contact with Oksana. A source reveals:
“A third party ferries Lucia from Oksana to Mel. They have no communication whatsoever… in fact, Oksana fears for her daughter’s safety when she is with Mel. But a court has ordered he has share custody of Lucia, so there is little Oksana can do in the meantime.”
She should be getting some ca$$$h for the baby, but we’re not surprised that Mel isn’t paying up — he’s a horrible human being!
