Olympic ice skater Nancy Kerrigan‘s father Daniel was found dead yesterday after an altercation with her brother Mark and it is now being reported that Mark “appeared intoxicated…belligerent and combative” in addition to shouting obscenities at the police.
The police had to pepper spray Mark as he resisted being handcuffed!
Mark admitted to putting his hands around his father’s neck and believed Daniel was faking it as he fell to the ground and ultimately suffered from a heart attack.
Mark pleaded not guilty today to one charge of assault and battery on an elder with serious bodily injury.
Mark’s lawyer also stated that he suffers from post traumatic stress disorder after being in the Army and had been living in his parent’s basement after being in jail for other assault and battery related incidents.
Yikes! Sounds like he needs some serious help!
