We have grim new updates on Kim Scott’s shocking suicide attempt. This is REALLY sad stuff.
On Saturday, the Chesterfield Police Department and EMS responded to Kim’s Michigan home after receiving a distress call from her nephew. As we previously covered, he told dispatchers Eminem’s ex-wife “cut her wrist” and was “bleeding” in an apparent suicide attempt. The dispatcher can be heard on a call saying:
“The caller says his aunt cut her wrist, and she’s bleeding, and she’s currently sitting on the couch listening to music. The knife is in her hand and she will not give it to the caller.”
We know Kim was ultimately loaded onto a gurney and transported to the McLaren Macomb Hospital for a “hemorrhage/laceration,” but before that, a VERY unfortunate altercation with law enforcement occurred.

According to a police report seen by TMZ on Wednesday, Kim reportedly put up a fight before being treated. When officers arrived, they found the 51-year-old in her basement wearing nothing but a bra and underwear. According to the report, she was “irate and combative” and screamed at officers:
“Get the f**k out of my house.”
Officers ended up trying to restrain her in handcuffs, and in the process, she reportedly BIT one of them on the forearm.
How awful… For the officer AND to learn Kim was in such distress.
Eventually, cops had to unfortunately tase Kim to subdue her. When she was escorted out of the room, she apparently kicked an officer in the shin. Said officer was taken in for medical examination for the bite wound and for having Kim’s blood on him, as she was bleeding from her arm from the self-inflicted knife wound.
This is such heartbreaking news. We really hope Kim gets the help she needs.
