She better get a new endorsement deal soon (her acting career’s pretty washed up), cuz she’s got some new legal bills to pay!
La Lohan is being sued by a former bodyguard, David Kim, PerezHilton.com has learned.
He claims Lindz owes him more than $55,000 for services ranging from protecting her from fans and the paparazzi to obtaining her VIP tables for clubs and concerts.
Kim filed the suit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract and various state Labor Code violations.
The court papers reveal Kim was hired by Lohan and her production company, Crossheart Productions, in October 2006 at a rate of $4,000 a week for 24-hour service and $2,800 per week for evening-only work.
Damn, he’s one expensive bodyguard.
Lawyers are more expensive, though. Hope Lindsay’s got good ones!
