More Troubles!

DMX must really like jail.

Oh, and being poor as well!

The latest drama for the rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, is that he might be losing his Fifth Avenue townhouse pretty soon.

The vacant property will be going up for auction as early as August 13th.

The reason?

A judge has ordered DMX to pay a total of $281,000.

That’s the amount decided on from a breech of contract lawsuit filed back in 2004 when he apparently failed to keep up his promotional duties for a dog clothing company.

DMX was asked to promote the urban doggie wear line after he was seen in commercials asking people to be kind to their pets.

Ironically enough, he only made those commercials after a judge ordered him to do so when back in 2002 he was found guilty of animal cruelty for mistreating his 14 pit bulls!

Sucks for him.

But, more importantly, like we’ve said many times before, if you can’t properly take care of pet, please don’t get any.

Just love your pets.

We love our Teddy Hilton more than words can say!
