Jessi Draper is setting the record straight about one claim amid the current drama coming out of Utah.
As we previously reported, filming for Season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives was halted following a massive fight between Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen. Sources with direct knowledge of the situation claimed to TMZ that the Utah Division of Child and Family Services is involved after Dakota contacted the agency multiple times to accuse Taylor of being physically abusive to their almost 2-year-old son, Ever. The Bachelorette lead reportedly denies the accusations.

Things came to a head late last month when the former couple began arguing in his car when a drink spilled on the seat and him. Sources close to Taylor claimed Dakota got violent with her during the confrontation, while he told the cops that she became physical with him. The pair has reportedly been ordered to undergo psychological evaluations.
With all the allegations, production has been significantly impacted. A source close to the cast told People that Taylor’s fellow MomTokers do not “want to be associated with her” at this time. Social media personality Zack Peter also speculated on his No Filter with Zack Peter Instagram account that the cast is “upset with Taylor” for “stealing the show” when she became the new Bachelorette, which premieres on Sunday. He said while recapping the production news:
“Now, that said, I did see a report like a blind item that was going around that said something about how the cast was seemingly upset with Taylor for her kind of stealing the thunder of the show. And then now that she has The Bachelorette that’s coming out, like that’s really going to steal the thunder of the show. Seemed like maybe it could have been a jealousy thing.”

Jessi is making it clear, however, that is not the case! She took to the comments section of the video to say:
“It was never a jealousy thing lol.”

The cast is probably more fed up with Taylor and Dakota than jealous. A source close to production also told People that the women are “getting tired” of the queen bee lately:
“The girls are very overwhelmed. They all banded together and they don’t want to come back right now. They were just getting tired of Taylor, honestly.”
According to the source, “everything was going smoothly” before the fight. Now the cast is exhausted by their constant drama. The insider said that “the girls do have a resentment towards her,” adding:
“They kind of all decided, as a unit, that they’re taking the production pause, that they don’t want to film right now. I don’t think they care about her really right now. They’re just kind of like, ‘We’re done for right now.'”
Yikes! We ask all the time, but we seriously wonder more than ever before: Will MomTok survive this? They’ve managed to come out of other situations together, but it feels different this time! What do YOU think, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments (below)!
