This has been a CRAZY week for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast… and another bomb just dropped!
In the middle of Taylor Frankie Paul‘s scandal, her co-star Jessi Draper is facing a heartbreak of her own! Her husband Jordan Ngatikaura just filed for divorce! OMG!
TMZ broke the news. Jordan went to court in Utah on Thursday and filed for a split after 5 years of marriage. Oof.

Fans of the Hulu series know the couple has been having issues for a while now — beginning with her affair with Vanderpump Villa’s Marciano Brunette. But the hairstylist even accused her hubby of “emotional abuse.” It was all pretty horrific to learn about! But after taking some time apart, they were committed to trying to make things work. Just last week, the TikTok personality opened up about where they stood and stressed that it’s natural for there to be bumps in the road for any marriage. But it appears things were just too rocky to continue.

Opening up about his decision, the DadTok star told the outlet:
“This has not been an easy decision and it comes with a heavy heart. I’m grateful for the shared memories and the lessons.”
He said his young children — two kids with Jessi, Jagger, 5, and Jovi, 3, and a daughter, Peyton, 13, from a previous relationship — are his top “priority” right now:
“While our paths are now moving in different directions, my priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported, and protected through this transition.”
Dispelling any fears he might be “vindictive” in the split, something Jessi openly worried about in the latest season, he concluded:
“I am committed to handling this next chapter with kindness and respect. I kindly ask for privacy and understanding as we navigate this as a family.”
Interestingly, the writing has been on the wall for a while — and not just because of the drama we’ve all seen play out on TV. Back in November, reports surfaced that they put their Salt Lake City home on the market, a telltale sign they were preparing to sever ties. Damn.
At this time, Jessi has not commented on the split. But honestly? We think this is liberating news! You’re free now, girl! Congrats!!
