Movie Ticket Prices Are Falling!

In the third quarter, it’s interesting to see that movie ticket prices are falling from their all time high.
Not by much, but they’re falling — we’re talking $8.06 to $7.94.
That’s a 12 cent, or 1.48% drop. It’s being said it’s because near the end of the summer tent-poles the movies became less and less 3D. Regardless of the drop, people going went up 1.8% overall!
Oh, and if you want to blame something for the hike in ticket prices in your area the past few years… well, blame 3D. Apparently that’s the main source!
Here in El Lay we’d love it if movies were $7.94 instead of the million dollars it costs now! Ha
