Not that there’s anything wrong with Glendale, but Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are looking to move out!
The pair have been living in the Good Charlotte rocker’s house for over a year, but now they’re looking to set up their own, new home together. And, they wanna be more centrally located.
Joela nd Nicole were spied house-hunting in Beverly Hills Wednesday.
One option the couple visited, according to a source, was a $1.6 million Beverly Hills house that is described as a Cape Cod mini-estate. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Jacuzzi tub, pool and a kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art Viking and Sub-Zero appliances.

Additionally, Joel and brother Benji’s estranged dad, who lives in Maryland, is in town this week to spend more time with his sons and his granddaughter.
