Time to G.T.L. – Get the Lawyers!!!
MTV is being sued by Joshua Thomas and Kristin Perrenod, the infamous couple that got into a brawl with Jersey Shore stars Ronnie and Sammi Sweetheart on the show last season. The couple claims that MTV edited the footage to misrepresent what actually happened and they have their own footage to prove it!
In this “raw footage,” Ronnie and Sammi were supposedly antagonizing the pair with homophobic slurs and other insults before things turned violently ugly and the pair are pissed that MTV edited the famous boardwalk fight “in a manner that was completely inconsistent with what really took place.”
Additionally, Josh and Kristin are also shaking their fists at MTV because the producers of the show had them sign release forms while they were “clearly intoxicated” and therefore, the waivers should be considered invalid.
To be fair, look at the people the producers work with day in and day out. Maybe they’ve just become numb to the signals.
Just some fair warning to these folks – the Jersey kids can do no wrong in MTV’s eyes, so this is really just a waste of your time. There is no such thing as slander when it comes to these juiceheads!
