MTV has developed a new iPhone app called Over The Line, an online forum where teens can go to share their stories and help others who feel bullied by their peers for being exactly who they are.
Now, teens can have a outlet to discuss their problems right in the palm of their hand and perhaps even find strength in the fact that they are not alone.
