Beyond that being a pretty hilarious mugshot, the story behind it is even funnier.
Well, part of it — he got a DUI, and drinking and driving is awful and no laughing matter.
What’s funny is that he refused a breathalyzer after deputies smelled booze by saying, and we quote:
“[I’m] not taking no sobriety test, I done seen it on the MythBusters.”
Just… amazing. We don’t know what’s better — the fact that this guy used it as an excuse, or that he watches a science-based show and still says ‘I done seen it’ without hesitation!
LOLz!
By the way, the Mythbusters DID test this, and found there was no way to beat the test!
