Patrick Francis Brooks was arrested and taken to the Shasta County Jail in California on charges of burglary, receiving stolen property, forgery, and violating the terms of his parole for a previous conviction.
And what’s even worse is that this guy walks around the words, “F–K YOU” on his forehead! Guess we know what he wishes he could say to the cops who arrested him.
