That’s definitely different from having pneumonia, but the good news is he’s doing fine!
Upon his release, a family spokesperson made a public announcement on the boxer’s state of health.
They said:

“Muhammad Ali was released from the hospital last night. After further observation and testing, doctors determined that Ali was suffering from a severe urinary tract infection, not pneumonia as originally diagnosed. The boxing legend has fully recovered and is now at his home.
Ali looks forward to celebrating his upcoming 73rd birthday on January 17th with his family and friends. The Ali family greatly appreciates the outpouring of support and continued well wishes. They also want to thank the team of doctors and nurses for their exceptional care.”

That’s great news for Muhammad and his family!
We’re glad he’s all better and back home where he belongs!
