According to reports, Mischa Fartone does not want to serve jail time so she’ll plead no contest to drunk driving at her arraignment Thursday. She’s also going to agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term.
An insider also reveals that Mushy will be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700. And, the marijuana possession charge against Mush Mush will supposedly be dropped, due to the small amount found.
This is Fartone’s first offense and her sentencing is in keeping with that of first offenders.
