Oh crap! We’ll be VERY curious to see how this all plays out!
There’s been some serious legal drama surrounding the Sugababes as of late, mainly concerning the group’s original members fighting in the courtroom for the rights to the name Sugababes itself, and today, founding member Mutya Buena won it back, as well as full ownership, according to the official EU trademark website!
She took to her Facebook to share the news:
“I won the official name of the Sugababes now!!! I deserve this! I├óΓé¼Γäóm over the moon!”
Very much so! Now she and Keisha and Siobahn can reunite, and the original line-up can tour together under their name!
Wonder what’s going to happen to current members Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen now?!
Especially with the new album on its way out!
Time to start brainstorming, ladies!
