We’ve just learned that NBC has purchased a comedy pitch entitled My Best Friend Is A Lesbo, which is “about two best female friends ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ one straight, the other gay ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ who become roommates and help each other navigate life, love, and dating in Los Angeles.”
The sitcom is semi-autobiographical, and it is based on the real-life relationship of writers Sascha Rothchild and Randi Barnes, who will be scripting the show together.
Is it possible that this could finally be the show that fills the void left by Will & Grace? We shall see…
