Meet 28-year-old Jaye from Houston, Texas. She can’t get enough baby powder. For the last 16 years, she’s been buying it in bulk. Not for her children, not to wear herself … but to inhale! She admits that if she didn’t have her daily fix of the white powder (ironic, no?), she would go out of her mind.
