Nancy Grace, host of Swift Justice with Nancy Grace, seems to be in some legal trouble regarding her ex publicist Patty Caruso.
Caruso claims that she was actually the creator of the show, and has slapped Grace with a $5 mil lawsuit (a mil per year she thinks the show will run)!
The show was originally called “Grace’s Cases” (which is a much more fab title), and Caruso says that it was thought of when she and Grace worked side by side on Court TV.
A source says:
“Patty was supposed to be the executive producer, but CBS felt she had no qualifications [for that position] and told Nancy if she wanted Caruso, ‘You pay her.’ “
And we all know what supposedly happened then, right?? Grace decided that she didn’t want to shell out anything from her own purse. CBS did then decide to pay Caruso a bit, but it was an amount that apparently offended her!
