Nancy Grace Focuses On Dr. Conrad Murray Guilty Verdict Instead Of Low Score After DWTS

After Monday night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars, Nancy Grace was less concerned with achieving the lowest score of the night for her Instant Dance and more worried about Dr. Conrad Murray‘s guilty verdict.
Once she was done begging the judges to give her a break on the ballroom floor, the press backstage didn’t need to beg the legal analyst to comment on the results of the Michael Jackson murder case.
While she’s happy he’ll be behind bars for his crime, she could only express her desire for a harsher punishment, saying:

“Well, once I found out it was a guilty verdict that’s really all I needed to know. I only wish it had been murder one, because murder one deserves life behind bars, not four years.”

She may not have been able to follow the trial as closely as she did Casey Anthony‘s, but the former prosecutor shared it never really left her mind, explaining:

“I’ve been talking about Michael Jackson since he was charged with child molestation. I made it very clear what I thought after I read the autopsy report and all the state’s and defense’s evidence. So yes, of course, I would have liked to have weighed in on the verdict. But I’ve weighed in on what I thought the verdict would be, including what would it be and when it would come in. And luckily, I was two for two.”

Apparently, the defense attorney for Murray actually feared Nancy’s legal expertise so much that he wants the jury sequestered from her and she knows why, continuing:

“I understand the defense attorney wants the jury sequestered from Nancy Grace. I can only say that his client is charged with standing by, talking on the phone to his girlfriend while the King of Pop, a music icon, lay on that bed and died … I don’t think it was altogether a bad thing that they asked the jury to be sequestered from me.”

Disappointed in the likelihood that Murray will receive a 4 year maximum sentence, the HLN commentator believes he will serve his ultimate sentence with God, saying:

“When he gets out, I got news for him … God’s gonna get him. He’s gonna be mis-er-able. He can run but he can’t hide. Hey! He and Casey Anthony can have a tea party in four years.”

Yikes! She doesn’t hold back, does she?
Now if only Nancy could bring some of that passion with her on the dance floor, then she might have a chance at winning the Mirror Ball Trophy this season on DWTS!
