Nancy Kerrigan‘s brother Mark has been charged with manslaughter for the death of their father, Daniel Kerrigan.
He has already been charged with assault and was then freed on bail a day after his psychiatric evaluation.
The Kerrigans continue to say that they do not blame Mark for Daniel’s death since he had pre-existing heart conditions.
