Nancy Kerrigan's Brother Asks To Go Back To Jail

As we previously mentioned, Nancy Kerrigan’s brother, Mark Kerrigan, was sent to jail for assault.
An assault which ended in the death of their father, 70-year-old Daniel Kerrigan.
He is now about to ask a judge to send him back to jail after serving a good chunk of his two-and-a-half year sentence.
If he goes back to jail for the next 6 or 8 months and finishes his sentence instead of accepting an early release, he won’t have to attend AA meetings, anger management and certified batterers classes and mental health counseling.
We feel like he should be forced to go to AA and therapy because he clearly needs it.
The prosecutor during the trial said he was an “angry, mean, nasty, drunk son.”
That sounds like someone who could use some therapy.
