If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s not to f*ck with Naomi Campbell.
The Telegraph had to learn this the hard way, unfortunately.
After suing the publication for libel over claims she had an elephant polo match at her boyfriend’s birthday party, the supermodel has won the legal war!
The paper agreed to pay her legal fees, damages and apologized to Naomi.
Like the goddess she is, the apology was welcomed, stating:
“There were never plans to hold an elephant polo tournament, so the allegations should not have been published. However, I am glad that the matter has been resolved and I accept the newspaper’s apology.”
We’re glad this was all sorted out and Naomi got what she wanted.
