On Wednesday, Nate and his husband announced the birth of their FIRST daughter.
The couple revealed their little angel was born on March 23 via a surrogate and it’s more than obvious that the new parents could not be any happier!

Aww, Poppy is such a sweet name! Maybe the new dads were inspired by Poppy Delevigne, Cara‘s sister!
Considering Jeremiah once said that he hopes to have a soccer team of kids one day, we have a feeling this is just the beginning of their journey as parents!
