NBC Attempts To Regain Dignity With Scripted Programming

With Conan O’Brien out and Jay Leno back where he doesn’t belongs on The Tonight Show, there are now five vacant 10 P.M. time slots to fill on NBC’s lineup.

In order to fill the void until the beginning of next season, NBC is ordering more episodes from their existing series, such as Law & Order: SVU, Parks & Recreation, Community and Trauma.

Good news for those show and the first smart thing NBC has done in 3 weeks.

But then, what will you put in the 11:35 P.M. spot when Jay fails…again?
