Fans who flipped on NBC tonight hoping to see Mariah Carey, Ricky Martin, and Miley Cyrus perform at the World Music Awards will instead be treated to a HIGHlarious hour of disappointment!
That’s because the network quietly canceled the broadcast of the Monte Carlo-based award show and decided to show a Last Comic Standing rerun instead!!
Wait, what?! Why??? We were so looking forward to watching these performances!!! What the heck happened?
The WMA’s official Twitter account simply cited “technical issues,” saying:

Technical issues? What the hell? The performances were last night in Europe, how have they not gotten their shizzle together since then?
We wonder if this has to due with Mariah being four hours late to the gig!?! We certainly hope not!
NBC, meanwhile, hasn’t even brought up their epic fail. They instead tweeted:
