NBC Orders Pilot For New Munsters Show!

We assure U, it’s actually happening this time!
Back in August, we heard that NBC was developing a rebooted Munsters series with Pushing Daisies creator Bryan Fuller.
We had heard that it would be a dark and edgier take on the monster family, which would explore Herman and Lily Munster’s origins.
Now, we’ve learned that NBC has officially ordered a pilot for Fuller’s new series, which is being described as an “imaginative reinvention of The Munsters as a visually spectacular one hour drama.”
Normally we’d be much more skeptical about this, but as we mentioned before, we’ve definitely got faith in the Pushing Daisies creator!
